Laborer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform the following duties, including but not limited to: general laboring, plan review and project layout, operating equipment (i.e., loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and compactors), use of gas and electric power tools, installation of stormwater, utility, sewer, and septic systems, layout and installation of concrete structures, forms, and foundations
Work safely and effectively
General laboring
Equipment maintenance
Record keeping through company programs
Management of labor hours and expenses through company programs
Comply with both OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies
Act as a team member to keep the crew on task to meet standards of quality and deadlines
